2022 ARBC Family Camp!

Friday, August 26- Sunday, August 28

We are very excited for camp this year! The theme for the camp is REFORMED and we have taken the theme to heart, reforming some of the structure and events of the camp and retaining those that have proven to be favorites from the past years.  The camp will begin on Friday day and run through Sunday afternoon. There will be a lifeguard on duty durning all free times, directed activities, such as hikes and fun things for the youngsters to do.... and as always the 'not your typical camp', camp food.

The camp will once again be held at SWBC located north of Altus. Every family will have their own 'cabin' with one queen bed and plenty of single beds for your entire tribe. You should bring whatever bedding you deem appropriate, along with towels and toiletries. If you are planning of swimming, an extra towel per person is recommended.

The SWBC is located in the country, which means that there is the off chance that you may run into critters that you may not normally see. Clayton, our camp director will be on sight to deal with such things. It is recommended that you bring insect repellant, sun screen and closed toed shoes (if you plan on doing any hiking).

No need to remind you to bring your bible and journal- since you never leave home without them!

On Saturday, there will be a supervised shooting event for anyone desiring to participate. To participate each shooter will be required to have an open sight .22 rifle and their own ammunition (10 rounds per activity- 2 activities).  New this year, will be a separate bow shooting competition that will be held after the .22 caliber shooting event.  Parents, you can rest assured that every safety precaution will be taken.

The cost of the camp is $50.00 per person over the age of 14.

There is a detailed itinerary located within the registration form and will be provided to you via email prior to coming to camp and also made available within your welcome packet at the camp.
